What does the standard yacht rental include?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. The details can vary depending on the service—a sunset cruise provides upgraded refreshments and small bites, while business charters offer meeting amenities and professional dining options.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure availability, we advise booking 2–3 weeks ahead, and during high demand season (May–September) it's best to reserve 4–6 weeks prior. This will ensure better availability and give ample time for personalizing your event.
What is the protocol if weather is bad?
Our primary concern is your safety. In the event that our captain decides that the weather is too hazardous, we will propose a rescheduling or issue a full reimbursement. We keep a close eye on the weather forecast and will get in touch with you if the forecast is uncertain 24 hours prior to your departure date.
May I bring my own refreshments and eats?
Certainly, you are free to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Yet, we offer a selection of excellent catering options tailored to your tastes. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glassware is not allowed on board.

What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations done 72 hours prior to departure are fully refunded. Those canceled between 24–72 hours before are subject to a 50% refund. No refund is provided for cancellations within 24 hours from the scheduled departure, except when canceled due to unsuitable weather conditions or mechanical issues from our end.
